Optional Voluntary Information

"Get a free CreativePro Office account" Registration
We request an email address from the user before they can access our member areas. This information must be gathered in order to assign each user a unique user account. A user account allows the user to upload and store resources (photos, text, messages) on the site for the purpose of contributing their knowledge to the CreativePro Office community.

CreativePro Office tracks user traffic patterns throughout the site. However, we do not correlate this information with data about individual users. CreativePro Office does break down overall usage statistics according to a user's domain name, browser type, and MIME type by reading this information from the browser string (information contained in every user's browser).

Use of Information
CreativePro Office uses any information voluntarily given by our users to enhance their experience on our website, whether to provide interactive or personalized elements on the sites or to better prepare future content based on the interests of our users.

As stated above, we do gather email addresses from our users. This information is only used to communicate to the user during the signup process ('Free Account' link), to provide customer support, to communicate with the user after the user has posted a comment on the CreativePro Office blog and distribution of opt-in email newsletters and promotions. User passwords are encrypter using the sha1 encryption algorithm and cannot be decrypted.

Opt-out Policy

We give users options wherever necessary and practical. Such choices include:

Opting not to participate in certain interactive areas, which completely alleviates the need to gather any personally identifiable information from our users.
